Even if it would get to that point the ticker goes to the expert market, where you will not get L2, you will just get each trade posted.

When they meet filing standards while in the expert market, they immediately go back to being quoted.

Not going to matter here anyways. Sharp didn’t become a SEC filer to go to the expert market, seems the last gasp straw for shorts :-(

Could you imagine calling a sell on Sharps TSNP at $0.02 and a week or so later it’s at $1.50? Probably the worst call in OTC history. What a hoot!
