pony1. managers of public companies are not by law allowed to
say such things to a shareholder or group of shareholders. it's called, insider information, and it's 100% proprietary. if the guy
did as you say, then actually did release news that had an effect
on the pps, he could get in trouble. he knows this, just as he
knows it's a moot point because he's going to let ctdt die without
a peep. despite deserving to be in prison way more than a lot of
people already there, he's managed to stay out of trouble while
fleecing others--which is all he's managed to do--and he's not
going to jeopardize his wallet or his freedom now.
