We typically don't see a lot of 13 week placebo results however. We've seen it in our own trials and yes they did go down. Placebo effects are always going to be a concern in a randomized trial. One more reason to hope the 6th month dosing currently will will lead to a more expected result. All we can do is cross our fingers. If placebo acted like it dif last time, nobody would ever get a drug approved

I agree the improvement in the placebo group for the most severe cohort was very bizarre. Makes you think did they get the groups mixed up or switch who was getting the drug.....SMH
