They should set it at $2.00, or at least $1.50

It would be impossible for that Big investor to get 10, 20, or 25 million shares for less than or equal to $1.00, or even less than $1.50, if they tried to get that amount on the open market.

The "Float" is too locked for that.

Therefore, $1.50 or $2.00, at the least, in my opinion.
Maybe even higher than $2.00, but conservatively it would be $1.50 or $2.00, if I had to guess.

The max they can go for is $20 Million per RegA-1, to get a RegA-2 (Max $75 Million) they would need to be an SEC Filer which means they would be uplisting to QB at least. Since I don't think they are uplisting now, I believe that they will be going for Tier 1 and I don't imagine they are going to go for the whole $20 Million (but who knows?). I would imagine the price is either set or approximated so that their Investors can make plans of how much to buy. All that being said, I think the offering will be between $1 and $2 and the number of shares will be 5 to 10 Million range. JMHO as always.
