With the added filings, do they need to redo the attorney letter?

This is the 3rd time the SAME report is being filed. Inactive tab shows 2 previous filings are the same. What the heck is going on?? This is taking forever. I don't think another attorney letter is needed. The filings are the same because it doesn't indicate 'amended'.
