Bastards trying to keep it as low as possible for as long as they can. They know when news of approval hits this will never see below a $1 again.

If you go by the DD from Kayak and depending on where radiogel is on that, if they are in phase 4, we are two months from being approved to move on with human testing.

But until the doctor says something we are in limbo unfortunately. So it looks like we will be stair stepping until then.
