Any 11 year old company, with an 11 year old product that is not selling, certainly can’t be described as buoyant.

Latest research still shows 20% of the people in a company do 80% of the work.

Just because some one worked for a company doesn’t mean they contributed. It doesn’t mean they didn’t, but either way it doesn’t make any difference as to how they will perform in the company they go to.
