Um..You do realize that Zion's license expired in June right? They have one six month extension that they are currently on. That expires in December and it's clear from the press release that it won't be renewed under any circumstance.
While that is true, the current license agreement says that this license - 428 - is the last one that is going to be granted to Zion on this property. So oil by December or bust
