The video and time stamp sure do speak for themselves.. The doctor clearly stated: Four people got Four injections and then the FDA said use 2 injections. The FDA said 2 are the same as 3 or 4. Why would the FDA say that? How is that even possible that 2 is the same as 3-4? So they used 2 after that. There is no mention that the 2 or 4 doses failed from this doctor.

Using those 4 worst of the worst against the coming hundreds in Brazil has to be the weakest argument ever … Plus those 4 prolly wouldn’t even qualify for the Brazil trial . Waiting for a bad response !!
