WTM - Andy doesn't always make that distinction.

On a calorie or BTU measurement (apples to apples) 1KG of Hydrogen equals 1 Gallon of gasoline.

For material handling a better comparison would be Cents per hour.

For use in on-road applications, Andy should use a Cents per Mile comparison (again apples to apples).

Since hydrogen can be used in internal combustion engines, ICE's don't have the same efficiency as fuel cells.
