I thought I saw someone post that that couldn't possibly have been the case, but I can't find that post now.
From the filing:
"IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have caused this Amendment Agreement I to be executed by their duly authorized representatives, as of this 23 day of January, 2007."
That was last Tuesday, and the strategy session was supposed to have been taking place on the 22nd and 23rd, according to the 'amazing email'.
Wow, that advance info was right on the money, as to dates, involved parties, and what was going on. ("bring together the two teams")
It must have been kinda 'interesting' to say the least to have had access to all kinds of advance info like that for the last many months. I wonder what all else was given out?
Man, just a word here or a word there along the lines of 'not quite there yet' ... 'we still have a ways to go' ... 'got some OS/phone issues to work out before we can really launch' ... 'came to an agreement, PR out shortly' ... 'what we were talking about the other day, well it's a done deal now' ... info like that makes knowing when to buy or sell, or add or not, or wait to add, a whole different proposition.
Shame, shame. Seriously, what possesses people?
