Should they be advertising weed or the stock?
Who is the intended audience? A tweet costs nothing on its own.

If our goal is to raise the value of the shares we own, we don't need advertising. We need the books and fundamentals to improve. We need to upgrade off the pinks to attract more investors.

I'm guessing they're waiting for completion of the 1st HARVEST and also the approval of the RegA offering of 125 million shares before doing anything major in that area.
