There is definitely more to it. It’s the fact that it will never happen. When we get closer it will fizzle out and fade away like the last spin out. This is just dangled carrots trying to get the SP to rise for Greg to sell more of his free/discounted shares!! Neither Of the companies in this supposed spinoff are worth anything at all
