GT - Look a little further East.

All along the CA / NV border there are several solar farms.

Much easier and cheaper to locate in Nevada.

Big issue with Ca. is water. They will need to build desalination plants all over just to keep up with the demand. We may have to guaranteed our water source or work with others to create a package deal there and the cost of H2 would incorporate the increased cost of water?
