Thanks John for this excellent dd as usual. DPL*S had an MC of $1 billion at some point with no revenue. JPEX has only around $50 million MC and all indications are there that the merging company has revenue since they're not planning on raising capital via dilution.

Cloud and cyber security, huge potentials.

JPEX is way under valued compared to others in the same space.

Glad I got into the play this morning on the brief dip.
