I've been in companies that have had this problem before, where the shares disclosed in the filings are not the same as what OTC Markets shows.

Every time it has just been an error with OTC Markets or the company's filings that was fixed shortly after, and not the company subtly changing the SS. I believe that unless they specifically disclose that they will be eliminating shares they can't just go ahead and do it. I could be wrong.

If you look back at the older non-Lazar submitted filings, they reflect 54M OS. All of the filings Lazar submitted to get current, as well as the recent 8-K, reflect 68M OS. I would expect the 68M OS to now be the correct OS and OTCM just hasn't been updated, but regardless either amount is small in OTC.
