Im sorry but I'm not exactly following what you're saying. Does he have the position that is stated in the link you posted, or more or less of a position? Does he know what NSAV are going to do and couldn't say because he knows he would get into trouble or what? If they told you he had no important position with Bitmarc why won't you say so?
