There are things to do on Haiti but don't kid yourself it is the land of overpopulation, a lack of sanitation, natural disasters, inadequate supplies of potable water, food insecurity, Illiteracy and Barriers to Education and the absolute desire on the part of the political class to keep power, and not to relinquish power. ( Does the last one sound familiar?)
