When MEMI hit 0.0085 in January what was its OTC tier then? "No Information" or "Current Information" or "Limited Information"? TIA!

"No any bid at all" now while the ask is still at 0.0002! It seems that MEMI (1.55B shares OS) will further crash to 0 x 0.0001 like its OTC peer IFLM (only 0.58B shares Tiny OS)...
