but based on pure speculation….

Krissa/ssm had 2 buy shares on the market

in order to file for custodianship… so now that

the merger is complete, maybe, part of the closing

agreement is for the new merging partner to buy

those shares from krissa/Ssm as part of the

compensation package to krissa/Ssm !?!?!?!
