Exactly right. "forward looking statements" is what all the scammers depend on.

Eventually, the FLUFFY PRs/lies catch up but mostly it is the lack of filings... ooops. HPIL.. still has a STOP SIGN.

Just saw another "great" company, I have followed was suspended for non-filings.

Can't wait for HPIL to get suspended.
