The first quarter 10-Q is overdue now and will probably be released with the 10-K from 4/30/21 or shortly afterwards.

Overdue because BOTS has a history of changing accounting firms/auditors like a normal person changes their underwear. And then when things get lost in the shuffle or BOTs drops the ball on something who gets the blame? The previous accounting firms/auditors, that's who. Or the latest JV failure turned law suit.

1FQ22 ended on 7/31/21 and Rosenberg resigned effective 8/24/21.

That just means CURRENTLY Rosenberg is still responsible for the majority of things that happened during 1FQ22 which ended on 7/31/21

Rosenberg is still the responsible leader for what ever come out with 1FQ22 ended on 7/31/21 and the coming 10k. New leadership can only fix problems he created.
