We don't have much longer to wait and see if CRXM management can come through for shareholders. I completely understand they can get current after the 9/28 deadline but I am a strong believer in doing what is right to protect shareholder value. This was something 100% under the control of the company. There has been plenty and will be in the future things they cannot control but in this situation they have failed shareholders. Granted the brokers jumped the SEC deadline but I let the company know many weeks ago this was going to happen early.
Perhaps it will work out but it shows a lack of concern for existing shareholders.
