But for SEC to take action, you need to present the evidence in a writeup stating what SEC laws violated, dates, entities involved, etc., along with an attachment of exhibits proving that securities fraud was perpetuated.
You can't just red line a financial and submit it and hope someone at SEC can put 2 and 2 together. Like all Government Agencies, they are under staffed and over worked.
