JMO but I think this management team has spent the capital they've raised (our money) wisely considering that they are stuck in the OTC swamp. I would like to see more of the same. Less toxic financing would be a plus but, under the circumstances, that is probably not possible.
The problem is their business model does not make enough money to make a profit. If they have 4 losing locations, what good will 4 more do? We need something in addition to what they are doing to become profitable I believe.
