Complete B.S. - misrepresentation and false statements.

THE SEEKING ALPHA ARTICLE HIGHLIGHTS THE MASSIVE AMOUNT OF SHARES THE COMPANY SOLD INTO THE MARKET BETWEEN JUNE AND TO DATE NO MANIPULATION THERE . LOL SO WHILE NON-PROFSSIONAL ANALYSIS AND INSTITUTIONS WERE RECOMMENDING AND BUYING, THE COMPANY WAS SELLING SHARES.

There is no such thing. "NON-PROFSSIONAL ANALYSIS" don't exist. People interested in the stock discuss it. Institutions don't recommend.

ARTICLE- THE COMPANY NEEDS TO ISSUE SHARES TO RAISE CASH TO PAY DEBT TO CRESTMARK AND ITS SAN BERNADINO CONTRACT.

IN ADDITION THE NAVY CONTRACT HAS BEEN
SUSPENDED UNTIL A TEMPERATURE PROBLEM IS FIXED. THEY HAVE UNTIL OCT. 18TH TO RESOLVE IT OR THE NAVY WILL CANCELL THE PROJECT ENTIRELY.

The article said it would not be cancelled and speculated that "concessions" would be demanded, but I believe this is a pilot project and completion will yield more projects because the military is under pressure to go green too ....

With commissioning activities still suspended, the company will likely require an extension. While I do not expect the Navy to abandon the project after waiting four years (!) for completion, it might very well use the opportunity to demand substantial concessions for the numerous delays encountered over time.
