He's done an awful lot of work to produce a worthless company. Unlike other penny scams, currently he controls a WORTHLESS shell. It's not like he can make money by diluting it or any other scam trick. This is a rehabilitation shell, he doesn't make a dime if it doesn't stay current and is able to sell it.
I don't know what your day job is but would you continue to do it if you weren't paid? And, even if you love your job so much that you would, the vast majority of people wouldn't.
Unlike the negative nannies on the board, I don't think he spends his free time getting his jollies antagonizing people.
