For a VERY good reason:

CEO has been unusually silent for awhile so I think you may be right major deals very well could be in the works as we speak.

Given the back-ground of the new team, the CEO is going to have to clean up his act, or will be shown the door IMO.

This new team is the reason you will start seeing folks invest here and hold for a longer play...just saying.

Investors need to wake up, this merger doesn't add up to the level of this CEO. Something tells me that the company found him and not the other way around.

I for one will not be surprised if he is even around in another year.
