#311164 RE: JBIIRULES #311162

The Company’s feedstock sources primarily include post-commercial and industrial waste plastic. The P2O processor accepts unwashed, unsorted waste plastic, composites and commingled materials, which are difficult to dispose of and are typically found in industrial waste streams.

Then why did Bordynuik have to buy virgin plastic for the demonstration to investors? And the “beast” still broke down after getting gunked up from the sticky black carbon residue…

Since that didn’t work in a sustainable way, they tried mixing oil in with the plastic and even that was a major failure…

After Bordynuik got caught with his pants down for fraud, then winding up leaving the company because he thought there were better processes, Heddle changed the business plan to selling processors and even promised to put up a few hundred thousand dollars more to get one processor up and running as a showcase, then reneged on that…

Seven years has gone by with no processor sales (that alone is another huge red flag) and even Nulixo, who said two years ago they had buyers for processors, failed to come through on their agreement…

If the above doesn’t convince people that there’s not a chance in hell PTOI has any chance of being resurrected as a viable business, then they probably believe in Santa Claus and the Tooth Fairy…
