As much as I would have loved, and still would like to see something happen to Citron. It's not there. The SEC and DOJ would have had Andrew Left wrapped up and doing time by now.

That's what everyone knows but doesn't want to admit.

My challenge is for anyone that really loves this company. To sit down and do a Devil's Advocate DD. Come up with a Bear Thesis that doesn't involve conspiracies, big pharma controlling the planet, or any of that other fantasy crap.
