Your take on the ATT-Bellsouth merger? If the real money is in wireless rather than wireline (and perhaps better managing the DSL franchise), will ATT elect to plow back the merger cost savings into beefing customer service and accelerating infrastructure upgrades/buildout?
Just maybe (rose colored glasses are on), Apple customer service will rub off on Cingular. Maybe Jobs can and will teach them something.
Cingular customer service seriously could not get any worse, that really is not meant as a joke. I was just astounded how badly my service calls were (not) handled.
