Friedland (doing the interview) was involved in the OWCP explosion in 2016-17.

He got hauled into court for not disclosing his ownership of shares while promoting the company. Had to pay a fine.

His story is interesting and he's sticking to his original goal with OWCP as he stated back then...

He went to China in 1988 as in investment banker. Came back to Colorado in 2008 and looked around for something to invest in.

Found the marijuana space, bought a couple of shops but saw that the money was going to be in bigger pharma companies doing work with CBD, Hemp, THC, etc. Then he found OWCP and now CNGT.

This could get very interesting with him involved in promotion.
