WARNING TO ANYBODY THAT IS NEW...there is no R/S coming nor is there plans of such...as a matter of fact there is a 10 year anti-reverse split amendment in the article of incorporation that was filed.
Before the predictable "ya but they can change that at any time" response comes...yes they can...but if they do, consider that your warning to do what you will with your shares...
