Too much roller coaster. Making me dizzy. Did pick up some more though.

umiak..... Let them push it down. I don't care. And what is the real value of $NLST right now without litigations? Just with revenues outlook for the future? $3-$4?

So we wait it out. GOOG will have to pay...... how much?.... up to what is deemed fair compensation for 12 years or more of theft, not allowing a company whose market cap was supposed to be over $1 billion by 2017 (NetList) to be left to struggle while others abused and criminally took what wasn't theirs to gain enormous profit.

So you have lying (perjury) to a judge, conspiracy by collusion with other companies to take a company down (NetList), and outright theft of technology while making BILLIONS in revenue off of that technology.... without it your company would be an average company, not close to the top tier.

We'll see what goes here...... I won't be surprised by anything except if GOOG is allowed to get away with outright murder. Redrum. Redrum.
If the award is small..... less than $20 billion.... Google has won.

I know there are others that have to be settled but so far GOOG is the big enchilada. And with all the shenanigans Google has pulled throughout the years it seems to me NetList is owed a rather large sum. And I don't
care if $5 billion seems large..... it is but a peanut for over a decade of trouble. NetList came close to to losing everything. If it wasn't for Chuck Hong cashing out HIS shares for legal expenses maybe NetList would have gone the way of the dinosaur. Makes ya wonder why he got rid of the BoD when he did. Maybe they just wanted to surrender. So I am hoping all of this is taken into consideration when the award is decided.

Would love to know what Jason Sheasby thinks as to what the settlement terms should be. He has been in the middle of this for a while now and has seen Google try everything.....
And this is just Google....... Samsung is on the back burner....

Other infringers yet to be discovered...... Amazon, Micro Soft, Face Book, Twitter and the beat goes on.........
