Would think he needs to keep this "around" so he can keep running his spin off scams(SNTX)? issue those restricted 6 month shares and dilute the crap out of them during that 6 months. He now has his grubby, dirty paws in AAGC, is this the next VGID? Very interesting to see what becomes of his first POS spin off (FHBC), he owns lots of those shares and that is already red, and dead per otcmarkets.com, he should be jailed already.
