They told us that 30 days had to pass from the promotional activity AND we had to be fully current in our reporting AND we had to file PIFs (Personal Information Forms) for all Officers and Directors. Everything is done except for getting current. We should get out 1Q this week and 2Q next week.

The reduction in PPS is directly related to the inability to purchase shares in the US market. It seems that only T. Rowe Price is allowing trading in our stock at this time domestically. People are buying in Europe and Canada. Once we get current and get the CE off - everything should come back nicely - it's just a painful few weeks.

It's only my opinion, but just wait a few weeks, this will go back up superfast. There really isn't much for sale, especially at these prices.
