He doesn't have to as it's on the OTCM website for all to see. If $GVSI is a shell why even mention a "deadline" which would be 18 months away?

And, hell, why should shareholders even have to speculate if it is or isn't anyhow? I mean, if it's a shell with an "18-Month extension" certainly that would alleviate the worries some might have of a possible suspension come Sept. 28.
