I agree but clearly if ignoring the never ending dilution here. Do not know OTC very well. Sure others with billions run and empty shells do to. Difference they stopped diluting. Here they never will. R/S will happen before any run ever can. Then people buying now will be wiped out. These people are crooks dumping 100 billion this fast. Even now 2 billion volume days and does not move. How will it ever when so much dilution every day.
