hehehe Well that was not exactly correct what he said, because you use the NOBO in confluence with the OBO ...but if u want to really take it further according to the SCSGP, "Fiduciaries should be held to the same transparency requirements as the issuers they own. The NOBO-OBO system no longer serves a useful purpose.
