O/S is tiny, how come so much volume just @.0007?

Cool! But I'm not able to buy TONR through any firm! Who is still able to place New buying order to buy TONR now? As I known E-Trade, TD-Ameritrade, Fidelity, and Charles Schwab do not allow their clients to buy any Non-Reporting OTC stocks (such as TONR and its Same-Bottom-0.000001 and Very-Similar-OS peer BUNM) currently!

Anyway why TONR has been trading at such eye-popping high market value ($2.24M at $0.0008 based on 2.8B shares current OS and 2.7B shares current float v.s. BUNM (0.5B shares Tiny float and 2.7B shares FIXED OS) is trading at ridiculous low $0.27M (at $0.0001) market value now?

So the current market value of TONR = 8.3 Times of the current market value of BUNM!

I wish TONR won't crash to and stuck at 0.0001 like BUNM has been doing most recently!
