If Finra wants to stop OTC manipulation, there will be no divs. At current clean up situation I don't think it will happen.

There is no dividend. Eddie Vasker the CEO of this company promises this every 2-6 months on several tickers but yet it never happens. The price of the stock goes up... people that work with eddie sale for profit.. price goes back down and then he will repeat this exact scenario after you have left to another group of investores. Eddie has been doing this for decades. sorry for your luck but you will only lose money here.
