...and became NON-REPORTING as NSAV did? Frankly, they aren't required to file squat with the SEC and I think that is why "Sneaky J" Tilton did that back then. The 8-Ks filed by NSAV are all for show.

Plenty of people with SEC experience have disputed what you contend are "the rules".
