Jablonski pleads guilty

Just a quick update that Jablonski plead guilty to his charges of conspiring with Schena, taking kickbacks and paying kickbacks to marketers to submit almost $1.5M of false claims. He has to pay back almost $400K.

If the Schena trial goes forward in November, Jablonski gets his sentence meeting on Feb 7.
