Splits, yes they would typically need to be current. AS can be adjusted via a shareholder vote, which in this case means Pedro can change it at will just by submitting a form and then updating it with the TA (just like he did when we reduced it). Once AS is adjusted he could theoretically dilute OS at will up to the AS.
