I don't believe PTS made up anything, he has been giving us information that he is being fed combined with his opinion. I just want to know why the subject changed from TA legal dept. to LAHO's incompetent attorneys to their new attorneys with their host of issues.

No, there wasn't a TA legal situation. Nobody is doing anything as there was never any real intent to give LAHO commons anything.

Lying con men don't just give back the money they stole through a share selling scam. To think they would is, well, just crazy.

I don’t think so, there were TA questions but I’m certain those have been resolved. The holdup is solely on the legal teams review of the process. Just my opinion.
