She is a slow grower.....monster accumulation with no dilution should push Vper a lot higher. The stock has been accumulated for many many months. Market Makers are stock piled for a nice run again.Plus reatail was always on the bid for milly+ hits. I am surprised they kept it under that long..... vile little market.
