Most monthlies have a pattern, x date around the middle of the month, next divy announcement around the 3rd week of the month and thats when the sp is usually at its lowest, around the dividend announcement.
$ORC announced their next dividend August 18th (3rd week of the month), the sp dropped to $4.84 the lowest for the month, thats where you buy the dips, then it rises from there.
