I too own CUBV ,and hope they sell to Lilac ,but GOFF has a better share structure than CUBV so it would make sense that Lilac would go with them.

Lilac is related to CUBV, and CUBV is on Sharp’s sh*tlist. Lilac has nothing to do with GOFF.
