Hahaha, this is confirmation bias. I have pointed out, as have others, many times, that these research reports gather data from 2016-2020 and then have a forecast period of 2021-2028. Bioamber was in business during the data period and so some information shows up in a report. I have pointed out several times OTHER COMPLETELY OUT OF BUSINESS COMPANIES listed in the reports. Happens all the time.
Of course LCY owns the name, it bought it in the liquidation by way of a fully executed APA that you have seen. Do you not believe it? They were only kidding?
Who has control at Bioamber? Who is working there?
This is the last press release issued BY THE COMPANY:
"The liquidation of the Company’s assets will result in little to no residual value for non-secured creditors, and no residual value for equity investors of the Company."
Do you realize how insane it sounds to read this direct and last ever comment from the Company and say it wasn't a liquidation?
