Sanchez still hasn't provided a viable business plan.

Where is the capital coming from to fund real estate projects?

Any assets would have to be a all stock purchase. And that would be dilutive.

Cooley loves toxic financing so beware if a toxic funder provides capital - if that happens AVVH is finished.

So far no one has stepped forward to provide a business that isn't pinkyland wishful thinking.
